  • How often do I need this treatment?

    For the first year, the treatment should be repeated every 4 months. After this, a maintenance treatment should be performed every 6 months.

  • Is the procedure painful?

    Normallly the injections are very well tolerated with minimal discomfort. However, if you prefer, we can use a local anaesthetic numbing cream.

  • Will I still be able to chew?

    Yes - you will still be able to chew all foods as normal, however you may notice a slight change intitially in the strength of your bite.
